Corporate Planning Member

This corporate planning role works close to management at WealthNavi, a financial-services company operating an automated asset-management service. It supports company-wide planning as the business develops adjacent financial services, digital banking and digital asset-formation initiatives in cooperation with MUFG.

Working with other members, the role covers business-plan development linked to strategy, budget-versus-actual management and analysis, forecasting and management accounting, operation of company-wide, management and board meetings, and planning, promoting and executing cross-functional or group-company projects. The assignment is adjusted to experience, aptitude and interests, with the scope broadened over time.

Applicants need at least three years of professional experience, experience designing, managing or analysing figures such as KPIs, sales or costs, and experience coordinating and executing projects with internal or external stakeholders. Previous corporate-planning experience is not required.
