This full-time Field Sales role is responsible for proposing and implementing the Pro-One SaaS for new corporate customers. The role also works with Customer Success on upsell and cross-sell proposals for existing customers, advances medium- to long-term sales discussions through negotiations with executives and management, and develops consultative proposals based on market needs. Product improvement proposals are also part of the work. Depending on experience, enterprise sales and management responsibilities may be assigned. Pro-One is a vertical SaaS product for short-term construction markets, including renovation and equipment-installation businesses. It provides functions for sales, construction management, and back-office operations in one system. Customers can customize the service within the SaaS to address detailed operational requirements, without requiring custom development for each company.
Required qualifications are at least three years of new-business corporate sales experience, logical thinking and communication skills, experience creating presentation materials for external audiences, and an interest in and willingness to learn about startups and SaaS. Experience selling in the IT industry or selling SaaS products, consultative sales experience for enterprise customers, and a record of achieving sales results while working with diverse stakeholders are preferred.
The position is based in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Compensation is an annual salary of JPY 4,000,000 to JPY 8,500,000, determined based on skills, experience, and current compensation. The stated monthly basic salary is JPY 254,579 to JPY 540,779, with a position allowance of JPY 78,901 to JPY 167,601 and a separate performance-based incentive. The position allowance includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours per month; additional overtime premiums are paid for work exceeding 40 hours.
