Handle DeNA Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated closing, prepare disclosure materials, review reorganization accounting, support audits, and improve accounting workflows.
About this role
The Product Marketing Manager supports Pococha in DeNA’s live community business. The role understands the product development cycle from planning through development, release, and scaling, then designs and advances go-to-market plans that maximize the user impact of released features or feature groups.
Working with product management, product operations, engineering, and program management, the role learns the purpose, user problem, and value of features in development. Based on that understanding, it designs the release approach and builds agreement on whether to release a feature individually or as part of a package of multiple features.
For each release, the role defines and executes a GTM plan covering the target audience, value proposition, messaging, channels, schedule, and success measures. Product changes are translated into explanations that users can understand. In coordination with the relevant departments, the role designs and carries out public-relations and communications plans, including in-app announcements, community initiatives, event coordination, and external communications.
The role coordinates with stakeholders such as the Marketing Department and Platform Management Department. This includes the coordination, production, and schedule management needed for user communications and initiative execution. After release, the manager evaluates results quantitatively and qualitatively, applies the resulting learning to future GTM plans and release-package design, and improves messaging organization and operating processes to strengthen product-value communication and deepen user understanding over the medium to long term.
The position is based at DeNA’s Shibuya office in Tokyo or either of the listed Yokohama offices, or remotely from the employee’s home or another location approved by the company for remote work. The scope may change to company-designated workplaces, including remote-work locations. The listed offices are indoors nonsmoking, with smoking-permitted areas available.
