Senior FP&A Specialist (Corporate Planning)

This role serves as an FP&A specialist at a core operating company of the Mujin group. The company’s business spans robotics, system integration, construction work, maintenance, consulting and SaaS.

The position advances management control and supports financial strategy and business execution. Responsibilities include preparing annual budgets and medium-term business plans, managing budgets against actual results, analyzing variances, and managing KPIs. The role provides numerical support for decisions by executives and business and functional leaders, and makes proposals for financial improvements.

The specialist will help establish a management-control foundation by developing data infrastructure and dashboards, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the execution of corporate development and strategic investments. The position is assigned to the Management Headquarters and leads FP&A in close coordination with the Head of the Management Headquarters.

FP&A is described as a core function supporting business growth and strengthening the management foundation of the Japan region. The role coordinates the financial strategy that supports management decisions and oversees its execution.

The hiring need is an increase in staff associated with rapid business growth.
