3DCG Game Character Artist

The role creates character models for mobile and console game development. Responsibilities include producing character models, verifying model presentation, supporting tools that improve work efficiency, and managing and supervising the quality of models.

Practical experience creating models with tools such as Maya or ZBrush is required. Experience from outside the game industry is also acceptable. Experience completing at least one game title, using game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, knowledge of shaders and an interest in improving visual looks, model supervision experience, and leadership experience are welcomed.

The position is part of a team producing games and requires collaboration, a sense of speed in carrying out work, communication ability, curiosity, and the ability to advance production independently. The work concerns character modeling and related quality processes for mobile and consumer games.

The position is offered as a regular employee. The annual salary is determined according to experience, ability, and company rules, with a stated range of 4.5 million to 12 million JPY. A semiannual performance incentive is available outside the annual salary. The annual salary includes designated overtime and late-night work allowances. The stated working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break from 13:00 to 14:00. Average monthly overtime was approximately 18.5 hours in 2025.

Work locations are in Shibuya and Meguro, Tokyo. The position has a five-day workweek from Monday to Friday, public holidays off, summer leave, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, and condolence leave.
