Required capabilities include translating an ideal product vision into practical UX and UI, explaining design rationale to executives and people from other industries, making decisions that balance user experience and business needs according to project phase, promoting decisions about projects, teams, and organizational direction, leading the establishment or operation of a design organization, and managing multiple projects concurrently through planning, proposals, and direction. The posting also asks for alignment with GO Inc.’s mission, vision, and values.
Experience in service or product development based on user validation and outcome measurement, work during product or service launch phases, and experience with digital products or services that include offline elements are welcomed. Additional preferred experience includes creating corporate identity, visual identity, logos, or tools; knowledge of or implementation experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; iOS or Android application development; management in a creative or design department; and growing a business from a marketing perspective.
