Annual salary is determined according to experience, ability, and company standards, with a stated range of ¥4.5 million to ¥12 million. A semiannual performance incentive is available, and the annual salary includes scheduled overtime and late-night work allowances. The position has a five-day, two-day weekend system, public holidays, annual paid leave, summer leave, year-end and New Year holidays, and condolence leave. Health, employment, workers' accident compensation, and employees' pension insurance are provided for permanent employees.
