This full-time game planner will work on the Princess Connect! Re:Dive team, handling the planning and operation of in-game content from event conception and specification development through development and live operations. Responsibilities include deciding game specifications, preparing specifications and planning documents, adjusting game balance, managing the production schedule for voice and sound, and coordinating illustration and design work.
Applicants must have experience creating specifications or planning documents in Excel and at least one year of experience in game planning and operations, or at least one year of experience planning and operating mobile games. Experience planning or operating a mobile game that ranks highly, commissioning illustrations and managing their progress, or designing parameters and working confidently with numerical data is welcomed.
