About this role

Loglass develops the Loglass cloud management system for management planning and budget-versus-actual management. The product designer works with management leaders, development members and other stakeholders to improve the product and address customer problems.

The role includes prototyping future user experiences so customers and the team can form a clear understanding of proposed solutions. The designer is also expected to use prototypes and design approaches to reduce unnecessary development costs and improve development efficiency. In cooperation with the company’s customer success team, the designer considers which parts of service delivery should remain human-led and which parts should be automated by software, then designs an effective combination for customer value. The role also provides feedback on suitable organizational design and operations so that organization building can progress iteratively.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working with product managers, engineers, customer success and other departments to identify solutions to customer problems; contributing to the successful launch of 10 new businesses by 2026; creating detailed UI designs for new-feature projects while balancing feasibility and user experience; and defining the product’s future direction and roadmap. For projects with high uncertainty, the designer takes actions to clarify the problem by using frameworks such as design sprints.

The mandatory qualifications include at least three years of practical UI/UX design experience for an application, web service or product, a customer-focused approach with responsibility for user experience and design, and at least two years of experience using prototyping to involve product managers, engineers and other professions in continuous product improvement. Understanding and interest in design systems are also listed.

Preferred experience includes proposing product problems based on user interviews, launching a new business as a designer, developing business-to-business or SaaS services, and working in Scrum development. Understanding the management-planning field or holding an accounting-related qualification is welcomed. Experience across roles such as product management, marketing or customer success, as well as practical graphic, branding, banner, landing-page or logo design experience, is also welcomed.
