Sound Production Coordinator

This role provides overall creative production support and manages production activities related to game sound and media promotion initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating and negotiating appropriately with production stakeholders, responding to inquiries from internal and external contacts, managing documents and equipment, and preparing materials related to department operations.

Required qualifications include basic skills with Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; the ability to coordinate and negotiate appropriately with people involved in production; and experience ordering from and managing external partner companies.

Experience in the game or anime industry, post-production industry, or music industry is welcomed. Knowledge of and experience using various music-related tools is also welcomed, as is practical experience in production management or as a project manager.

The role is based at offices in Shibuya or Meguro, Tokyo. Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break from 13:00 to 14:00. Average monthly overtime was approximately 18.5 hours in 2025. The position is offered as a regular employee, although a contract-employee arrangement may also apply. Annual salary is determined according to company rules after considering experience and ability, with stated annual examples of 6 million yen, 6.5 million yen, and 8 million yen. A semiannual performance incentive is provided outside the annual salary, which includes scheduled overtime and late-night work allowances.
