UI/UX Designer

CyberAgent's Pigg division ('Charactive World' vision; Pigg Party has surpassed 10M members in the avatar market) is developing a new metaverse-community business and seeks a UI/UX Designer. Understanding the service concept and business, you own the full flow from upstream service planning and experience design through UI design and mockups, working across disciplines with planners and engineers on a virtual-space/metaverse development approach. Required: 3+ years of hands-on Illustrator/Photoshop experience; UI/UX designer experience; hands-on smartphone service development/operation and UI design (or graphic-designer experience plus basic web knowledge). Preferred: prototyping with Figma/Protopie; strong industry-trend awareness; interest in illustration/artwork; direction or management experience. Full-time (or contract), salary negotiable (annual-salary system), hybrid (3 office days, 2 remote), based at the Tokyo HQ in Shibuya (Udagawacho).
