About this role

This full-time role develops Loglass AI IR, a new product supporting investor-relations work with large language models and AI agents. The engineer works across customer discovery, business-process understanding, requirements and specification planning, prototyping, architecture, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement. The work covers investor-meeting preparation and analysis, Q&A organization, report creation, internal sharing, disclosure materials, and investor-information management.

The engineer collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and business-side members. Responsibilities include deciding where AI should be used and where human judgment should remain, designing user experiences for AI agents within business workflows, and improving practical accuracy, reliability, and usability. The role also includes API design, data modeling, security, performance and availability considerations, code review, test design, technical-debt reduction, development-foundation improvements, and architecture decisions for future scale.

The product handles unstructured and context-dependent information such as meeting minutes, investor information, previous meetings, disclosure materials, and internal reports. LLM-related work includes designing summarization, extraction, classification, search, and report-generation features, along with prompt, context, and evaluation design. The development environment includes Go on the server side; React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend; AWS, Terraform, Fargate, and ECR for infrastructure; Aurora PostgreSQL for the database; and Datadog Synthetics and Playwright for testing. Named tools and services include Slack, Gather, Figma, Findy team+, Notion, Miro, diagrams.net, and Cursor.

Required qualifications include practical web-application development experience; experience using typed languages such as Java, Go, or TypeScript; leadership of technical decisions, design, and execution affecting a team or larger organization; and experience translating customer problems and business domains into product specifications, design, and implementation. Experience working with product managers, designers, and business teams, improving development productivity through process improvement, enablement, or automation, interest in TDD and DDD, strong interest in product development using generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents, and technical leadership and code-review experience in a small team are also required.

Experience with new businesses, zero-to-one or PMF discovery, LLM or generative-AI product development, RAG, prompt/context/evaluation design, SaaS or enterprise business products, IR, corporate planning, finance, accounting, or corporate finance, customer interviews, team formation, development-process design, technology selection, or architecture design is welcomed.
