AI Shift, a CyberAgent Group AI company, is hiring a Backend Engineer to build "AI Worker Platform", its enterprise platform for building AI agents. The team of about 75 uses a hybrid work pattern, and its first customers are the in-house forward-deployed engineers who use the platform.
