About this role

This position supports data use and operational adoption for customers using ANDPAD ERP, a system for managing expected orders and gross profit, and ANDPAD EDI, an ordering and procurement system. It is part of the ERP & EDI business division and includes either an implementation and project management track or a data engineering and CS Operations track, depending on preference and suitability.

The implementation track involves direct customer contact. Responsibilities include understanding the customer's existing systems, defining data migration requirements, preparing schedules, monitoring migration progress, responding to problems, coordinating with customers, and discussing and deciding data conversion rules for integration with other systems. The data engineering and CS Operations track does not involve customer-facing work. It focuses on correcting, aggregating, and formatting received data, importing it into the ERP, creating and implementing Excel files for data input and output based on agreed specifications, configuring ERP environments for customer operations, and providing other back-office support for customer success.

Required experience includes at least one of the following: data migration or data processing at an IT company or operating company; work as an engineer or support engineer; or experience creating business-improvement tools using Excel functions or VBA. Experience manipulating data with SQL, programming experience, and accounting knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 3 are welcome.

The role works with products used to promote digital transformation in the architecture and construction industry. The team supports customer-specific implementation and ongoing operational improvement for these vertical SaaS products. The team has an average age of around 30 and uses a hybrid arrangement combining office work and remote work; office attendance varies by department.

This is a full-time position based in offices in Minato, Tokyo; Kita, Osaka; Hakata, Fukuoka; or Aoba, Sendai.

The selection process generally includes two or three interviews. Communication tools include Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
