This is a full-time regular employee position. The annual salary is determined according to experience, ability, and company regulations; the listed annual salary range is ¥4.5 million to ¥12 million. Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break from 13:00 to 14:00. Average monthly overtime is approximately 18.5 hours based on 2025 results.

The work locations are offices in Shibuya and Meguro, Tokyo. The offices are generally non-smoking indoors, with designated heated-tobacco smoking rooms. Holidays include a two-day weekend, public holidays, summer leave, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, and condolence leave. Health insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and employees' pension insurance are provided for regular employees.
