Forward Deployed Engineer

Money Forward (aiming to be the No.1 back-office AI company per 'AI Vision 2026') seeks an AI Solution Engineer in its Product AI Solutions division to solve back-office challenges (accounting, HR/payroll, expenses) using generative AI, RAG and machine learning. Working closely with product managers and business owners, you own the full flow: discover problems and define requirements through interviews; propose and validate AI solutions (generative AI, RAG, ML models); build prototypes and evaluate feasibility; design, implement and operate production-grade AI systems; set and implement test/quality strategy; and drive AI-feature adoption projects across product teams — acting as the bridge between business and AI, from problem framing to business value. Required: experience building applications with generative AI or ML (including PoCs); requirements/design work with PMs and business owners; basic understanding of AI-solution quality, security and operations. Preferred: web app development (Python, cloud, API integration); SQL data analysis; back-office domain knowledge; LLMOps and AI-system operations/monitoring/test design; AI implementation and data-pipeline building on AWS/Azure/GCP; ML/statistics basics with Python; team development (GitHub, CI/CD). Tech: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google ADK, LangChain; AWS/Azure/GCP; Python, Go, Ruby on Rails, Kotlin; React, TypeScript, Next.js; MySQL, DynamoDB, BigQuery.
