This position is in the HR Systems Office within the Management DX Division, a team specialized in HR systems (separate from general corporate IT) supporting HR operations across the CyberAgent Group. Duties include developing, operating, and maintaining internal web applications in Java, Python, and JavaScript on AWS (EC2, S3, network configuration and related settings), including light development and integration of surrounding systems using low-code tools such as kintone and Asteria Warp, as well as operating and maintaining data infrastructure built on Snowflake, RDS, and Terraform. All development is in-house with no client-site placement. Required experience: developing, operating, and maintaining Java-based web applications, plus development experience with Python and JavaScript. Preferred: experience with AWS network configuration and settings management, and experience operating and maintaining data infrastructure using Snowflake, RDS, or Terraform. Full-time position based in Shibuya, Tokyo, with remote work available two days per week.
