Internal Network Infrastructure Engineer

This full-time role is responsible for the internal network environment. Day-to-day work includes designing, building, operating, and improving internal networks; isolating faults when incidents occur; analyzing causes; restoring service; automating operational tasks; and responding to user inquiries and other network-related requests.

At least three years of practical experience in network construction and operation, together with knowledge of network design, is required. Desirable qualifications include CCNP-equivalent knowledge, experience building network environments for new offices or sites, and at least one year of project manager experience. Experience preparing management documents and presentation materials is also welcomed.

The listed annual salary range is JPY 4.5 million to JPY 12 million, determined according to experience, ability, and company rules. Examples in the posting are JPY 6 million at age 28, JPY 6.5 million at age 31, and JPY 8 million at age 39. A semiannual performance incentive is available in addition to the annual salary. The annual salary includes prescribed overtime and late-night work allowances, paid regardless of whether overtime occurs.

Work locations are in Shibuya and Meguro, Tokyo. Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break from 13:00 to 14:00. Average monthly overtime was approximately 18.5 hours in 2025. The offices are smoke-free indoors in principle, with designated heated-tobacco smoking rooms.

The regular holiday schedule consists of two full days off each week on Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays, three summer leave days taken between July 1 and November 30, year-end and New Year leave from December 29 to January 3, ten days of paid leave granted on the joining date in the first year, and condolence leave.
