About this role

This project manager will lead customer implementations of ProOne, an operations-improvement SaaS for field-service businesses. The role involves understanding how each customer works, deciding which capabilities should be added to ProOne and which changes should be made in the customer’s existing systems, and coordinating the resulting implementation project with customers and partner development companies.

At the beginning of an implementation, the project manager conducts detailed interviews about the customer’s operations. The role then clarifies required functions, creates and shares development schedules with internal and external parties, and manages progress by preparing and distributing status reports. After development, the project manager conducts acceptance testing together with the customer and guides the project through completion, including system integration. Duties may change within the company’s defined scope of work.

Required qualifications include at least three years of experience driving web-service projects, experience coordinating smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, and communication skills. The posting also requires experience supporting internal coordination within customer companies, requirements definition in system-development projects, the ability to learn industry-specific and customer-specific operations, and experience progressing and managing development projects involving partner development companies.

Preferred qualifications include project-management experience on large-scale system-development projects and knowledge or experience with Scrum or agile development. Experience in contract development, startups, or consulting is also welcomed. The role requires reliable schedule management, the ability to progress projects from the perspective of users who will operate ProOne, and problem-solving ability to identify small issues and resolve them through customer communication. The expected working style is hands-on, customer-focused, able to understand customer operations deeply, propose solutions, exchange views, and work smoothly with team members.

ProOne is an all-in-one SaaS product for field-service businesses. It centralizes work such as report and quotation creation, customer management, and schedule management, and is designed for use by both large and small companies and by management and field staff. The role offers experience solving complex industry-specific problems and may support a future career as a product owner or product manager.
