Tech Lead (Backend Engineer)

This position leads backend technology strategy, architecture design, and platform improvements for RecipeChallenge, a consumer service built around receipt submissions and shopping-related experiences. Responsibilities include selecting technologies for the assigned area, leading design reviews, planning refactoring and technical-debt reduction, and making design decisions based on non-functional requirements as traffic grows through expanded integrations with SmartNews and Yahoo!
