Telecommunications Business Management (Licenses and Frequencies)

This role manages radio licensing and frequency coordination associated with the development of ultra-small artificial satellites. Responsibilities include preparing domestic and international radio license applications through link calculations and related work, coordinating international frequencies for satellite-mounted transmitters and receivers, coordinating frequencies at international conferences such as those held by the ITU, and carrying out registration inspection work.

The work supports satellite constellation projects and services including ocean digital transformation, remote sensing, IoT communications, deep-space exploration, and lunar industrial development. The role also involves coordination and collaboration with countries across Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and South America, as well as joint research and development projects with space agencies such as the ESA.

The position is assigned to the Radio Infrastructure Department, which consists of one department head, three manager-level members, and five staff members. The stated age composition is mainly managers in their 40s and staff members from their 20s through 50s.
