RAKSUL is hiring core members at Novacell, its marketing business that is moving into AI-driven advertising and marketing DX, who are expected to grow into executives. Open tracks include candidate head of the advertising agency business or sales manager, candidate head of the marketing DX business, AI media planner, and AI marketing business development; the exact role is agreed after discussing experience and goals.

Work depends on the track, and the idea is to push growth of the agency business and the BPaaS marketing DX business using AI, with career steps from consulting sales to sales executive, business manager, BizDev or executive. Novacell's background is the marketing know-how RAKSUL used to grow its own sales, now offered as services such as TV commercial effect measurement and AI agents that automate clients' marketing work.

Applicants need three or more years of customer marketing support experience at an advertising agency, consulting firm or similar, in sales or consulting. Experience building customers' marketing strategy, dealing with executives, KPI monitoring and launching new businesses is preferred.
