Lead business development for Migakun, a gig-worker platform for facilities seeking unmanned or reduced-staff operations. Responsibilities include researching customer needs, competitors and market trends; defining new service concepts; building business models and revenue plans; and designing and executing go-to-market strategies. Migakun began service in 2024 and is being expanded through productization, market development and refinement of its business model. The position is expected to first build a detailed understanding of the service, customers and market, then advance business value creation and product development. It works with management, the business owner, sales, marketing and development teams. Longer term, work may also involve the Akerun business strategy office or other new businesses.
This is a full-time position in Minato, Tokyo. Remote work is available by consultation.
