Required capabilities include logical thinking, project execution, stakeholder management, numerical analysis, structuring problems, driving solutions through completion, and taking initiative in uncertain environments.
Experience related to product development or web and IT services is welcomed. The position is full-time and based in Minato, Tokyo. It uses a super-flextime system with no core hours; designated workdays are generally worked. Annual compensation is determined according to skills and experience, and the stated range is JPY 7,000,000 to JPY 10,000,000. The package includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month, unless the hire is classified as a manager exempt from that payment. Salary is reviewed twice yearly, with an annual performance-linked payment.
