Recruiter (New Graduate Business Position)

RAKSUL is hiring a recruiter for new-graduate Business roles such as BizDev, marketing and sales, as the group moves from mid-size venture to mega-venture in its second founding period. The recruiter owns the process from hiring strategy through execution to closing, and works daily with executives and business heads to plan hiring backward from the future of the business.

Duties include planning, producing content for, attracting candidates to and running internships and recruiting events for new-graduate Business roles; building relationships with candidates through events, interviews and meetings and making the company attractive; planning, running and improving the selection process; designing and carrying out closing strategy; introducing new recruiting methods based on hiring trends and student behavior; and planning events and communication for people who have accepted offers.

The role looks for high drive for goals, ability to find problems and involve others, enjoyment of fast change, and strong communication with students, business heads and executives.
