Clinical Trial Recruitment Manager

This role supports clinical trials and clinical research, particularly at university hospitals and cancer centers. It combines feasibility work using real-world data (RWD), coordination of partner medical institutions that refer potential participants, and direction of recruitment projects commissioned by pharmaceutical companies. The goal is to identify eligible patients and support timely trial completion. Recruitment is carried out through contracted partner institutions and web campaigns using search, display, and social-media advertising. Responsibilities include managing institutional agreements and follow-ups, arranging meetings with medical staff, screening medical records, assessing feasibility, preparing recruitment plans, configuring internal platforms and management systems, meeting with clients, responding to prospective participants, and preparing proposals and IRB materials. The role may also contribute to landing pages and advertising creatives. Applicants must have at least seven years of clinical-trial experience as a CRC, CRA, or in another SMO/CRO role.
