Work centers on individual and consolidated financial closing, disclosure preparation, and coordination with audit firms, plus review of new/complex transactions and subsidiary-level accounting, finance, tax, and management support. The team is also involved in building and systematizing business processes, and depending on aptitude, members may branch into tax, finance, global, or stock administration work. At least one of the following is required: experience leading systematic audit engagements at an audit firm, hands-on consolidation/disclosure experience at a listed company, or CPA qualification (including partial exam pass). Preferred: strong communication skills for negotiating complex issues with internal and external stakeholders including audit firms, and experience with consolidation disclosure across complex group structures with many subsidiaries. Employment is full-time; salary is negotiable based on experience and ability. The role is based at Shibuya Scramble Square 23F, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, with remote work two days per week. Standard hours are 10:00-19:00 (8-hour workday), with a discretionary labor system applied depending on role and ability.
