Crisis Confidential Management Assistant Manager, Process Improvement

This Tokyo-based role supports both the Crisis Management Secretariat and the Confidential Management Secretariat for Woven City.

The crisis management responsibilities cover natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, personal or property accidents, system failures, and data breaches. The role will lead the strict enforcement of the Data Classification Policy for Confidential and Highly Confidential data, design access-control and permission structures for shared folders such as Google Drive and SharePoint, and manage regular access-auditing activities.
