DX Talent Organization Development Consulting Intern

The intern will work with a manager responsible for talent and organizational development. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing markets and companies, using the findings to develop strategies for AVILEN and its clients, and supporting consulting engagements that use current technologies including AI. The role also includes preparing materials for client proposals, service delivery, and internal communication, as well as handling part of the manager’s other work.

Consulting experience is not required; the manager will directly explain how the work is performed. Applicants must be comfortable using a PC, be able to attend the office, have business-level Japanese ability equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, and complete assigned work responsibly. Experience with Word, Excel, or PowerPoint is welcome. The posting welcomes people who can work at least two days per week for a long period, while the stated working schedule is at least three days per week with hours to be discussed.

This is a part-time internship supporting AVILEN’s talent and organizational development business. The role is intended for students considering future employment at a consulting firm and for people interested in strategic consulting and developing skills through exposure to current technology.

The work location is in Nihonbashi Bakurocho, Tokyo. Partial remote work and work-from-home are available, and breaks during office attendance for classes may be arranged through consultation.
