The Account Manager handles accounts for companies with significant social impact, primarily among large enterprises. The position is based in Chuo, Tokyo. Employment is permanent, with a six-month probationary period from the start date; compensation and benefits do not change during probation. Annual compensation is determined based on experience, ability and previous salary and includes an assumed 30 hours of fixed overtime per month. Salary is reviewed twice yearly. Work is under a super-flex system from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core hours, eight prescribed hours per day, or alternatively a discretionary work system or managerial-supervisory status.
