Finance and Accounting Department Head Candidate

This is a department-head-track role in Belong’s finance and accounting function, working with the current CFO and management team. It sits across an accounting group that handles transactions through closing and a management-control group covering information systems, legal, corporate planning, internal control, and risk management. The role connects these capabilities with business planning and governance.

The work makes company-wide and department-level KPIs and results visible, improves management accounting and reporting, and covers budget control, variance analysis, KPI design, and financial analysis. It strengthens reporting and closing for future consolidation, advances J-SOX and risk management, and supports accounting audits. The role also includes department design, recruiting, and member development. Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jamf Pro, Intune, and iboss are named tools.
