Required qualifications include native-level Japanese, business-level English, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, basic financial knowledge, experience managing overseas offices through governance or monitoring activities, and experience identifying and solving problems in a planning department or similar function. Experience implementing new initiatives while coordinating with other companies or departments, as well as experience in overseas management strategy, business strategy, or new business planning, is welcomed.

The position is a permanent full-time employee role with no fixed contract term. Work is based in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Regular hours are 8:40–17:10 with a one-hour break and a scheduled working time of 7 hours 30 minutes; overtime work is applicable. Holidays include a five-day workweek on Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays. Annual paid leave is 17–23 days, with additional special leave programs.
