Public Relations

Wovn Technologies makes WOVN.io, a SaaS platform that automates multilingual websites and apps for large and global companies, with a patented internationalisation technology and an AI translation platform. Awareness and brand building are now urgent, and public relations has so far been handled part-time by the marketing team and executives. The Public Relations role is the first dedicated PR person, or a leader candidate.

Working with executives and the marketing team, the person covers product PR and corporate PR. Duties include planning and publishing PR content, such as interviewing customers and writing case studies, running and editing the owned media, company note and social accounts, and employee interviews for recruiting brand, and handling media: planning, writing and distributing press releases, building media lists and relationships with reporters.

Applicants need practical PR experience at a business company (about three or more years) or at a PR or ad agency, a basic grasp of and interest in IT, web and tech, comfort with SaaS and technology terms, and skill in planning, interviewing and writing PR content. B2B SaaS PR, first-PR-hire experience, marketing or sales experience, SEO basics, business-level English and social-media fan building are preferred.
