Project Manager

Sagri's Agri-Innovation division is hiring a non-technical Project Manager for business-operations projects. The division uses advanced technology to promote environmental protection and regenerative farming in agriculture, including land segmentation, soil chemical analysis, greenhouse-gas reduction and carbon credits.

The manager handles post-sales projects with clients and ensures timely delivery and high-quality results, covering project planning, schedule and resource management, team leadership and client communication. Specific duties are planning, executing and overseeing international agricultural and climate-related projects; coordinating and reporting with Japanese and non-Japanese global corporations and international organisations; building relationships and managing schedules with overseas partners and local stakeholders; preparing progress reports, contracts and deliverables in English; and managing several cross-functional teams in Japan and abroad.

Work is in English with a global, multicultural team. The team structure is a general manager, deputy general manager and members.
