Salary may be reviewed every six months based on performance. Commuting expenses are reimbursed based on a reasonable route. Payment is made on the 25th of the following month after monthly closing.

Remote work is available, with employees choosing office or remote work to maximize individual and team results. At least two days of office attendance per week is required, and attendance may also be required when physical work, customer interaction, visitors, or other face-to-face communication is necessary or considered effective.
