Senior Recruiter

PrimeNumber develops and operates the cloud ETL service TROCCO, the AI data platform COMETA, professional services for data-technology challenges, and the agent-based AI solution primeBusinessAgent.

The Senior Recruiter leads hiring activities across business, product, professional services, and corporate functions. The role supports company-wide workforce and recruitment plans by taking ownership of recruitment strategy and execution for each area.

Working with hiring managers in each division, the recruiter designs candidate personas and positions based on business strategy. The role manages talent acquisition through closing, selecting and operating appropriate channels for each organization, including direct scouting, agencies, and employee referrals. It also provides candidate experience and engagement for mid-level to senior-level candidates.

The recruiter improves hiring processes through data and AI. Duties include using the company's internally developed AI for document screening and other AI tools to accelerate selection work and reduce non-core tasks. The role visualizes and analyzes recruitment KPIs and makes fact-based, data-driven improvement proposals.

The position also plans and carries out recruitment branding and public-relations initiatives intended to reach potential candidates.

The initial work location is JR Tokyu Meguro Building 5F, 3-1-1 Kamiosaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. The work location includes the employee's home or another telework location, and may be changed to locations designated by the company, including telework locations. Indoor smoking is generally prohibited, with no work in smoking-permitted areas.
