Day-to-day work includes improving group-wide capital efficiency and evaluating financing schemes, cash forecasting and CCC (cash conversion cycle) improvement, operating the group's Cash Management System, building and refining receivables billing-and-collection processes, evaluating external investment and intra-group financing opportunities, and negotiating with financial institutions such as banks, card companies, leasing firms, and payment agents. There is also room to build accounting knowledge alongside treasury work. Candidates must have either five or more years of corporate sales experience at a bank or similar financial institution (no prior treasury experience required, but must be able to read financial statements and negotiate with internal/external stakeholders) or three or more years of treasury experience (cash management, etc.) at a business company. Preferred: a CPA or tax accountant qualification (or partial passing), or finance experience in an industry adjacent to CyberAgent's businesses (advertising, gaming, media). Employment is full-time, based at the Tokyo head office (Shibuya Scramble Square), with remote work available two days per week. Working hours are 10:00-19:00, with a discretionary labor system applied depending on role.
