The position is full-time and based at offices in Shibuya or Meguro, Tokyo. Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break. Average monthly overtime was approximately 18.5 hours in 2025. Annual compensation is determined according to experience and ability and includes scheduled overtime and late-night allowances; a semiannual performance incentive is also available. The stated annual salary range is 4.5 million to 12 million JPY.
