AI Product Manager

JAPAN AI (a Geniee group company founded April 2023) is hiring an AI Product Manager / AI-implementation engineer for the HR domain. Using the company's JAPAN AI STUDIO no-code/low-code platform, you would implement AI applications (near "vibe coding") to quickly solve customers' HR business challenges, and as a PdM help decide product development direction. Work: building AI agents on JAPAN AI STUDIO (prompt design, parameter tuning), workflow design and construction, UI/UX adjustment (PAGE feature), refining specs via agent dialogue, data-structure definition, and JSON/Webhook external-system integration; plus quality assurance and continuous improvement, documentation/knowledge-sharing, and stakeholder coordination (spec meetings, requirement definition, dev-team alignment). Required (one of): 3+ years as a web engineer or consultant plus 1+ year of requirement analysis/definition, and fluent Japanese; or 2+ years of HR work with requirement-definition/business-logic experience, desire to build an AI-product career, and fluent Japanese. Welcome: generative-AI vibe coding, no-code/low-code tools (Make, Glide, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Dify), RAG/LLM/API basics, and design/UI tools. Annual salary about 6 to 9 million yen; ~2 remote days after onboarding. Native-level (fluent) Japanese is expected. Full-time, based in Tokyo (Nishi-Shinjuku).
