This role supports Ubie’s hospital information-systems and medical data-integration work, connecting electronic medical records and data warehouses with hospital operations. It is the specialist escalation point for pre-sales, customer success and business planning, investigating hospital-side issues and making workable design decisions. The focus is investigation and judgment, not implementation or product development.
Work includes troubleshooting Windows terminals, internal networks and electronic-record environments; isolating transfer, authentication, missing-data and duplicate-data failures; and assessing upgrades, migrations and network changes. The specialist evaluates vendors, versions, DWH availability and network constraints, selects CSV, API, ODBC, SS-MIX2 or DPC/EF approaches, and designs extraction specifications and mappings. It aligns specifications with hospital teams and vendors and standardizes decision flows, mapping standards and troubleshooting procedures. Applicants must meet at least three of five criteria, with basic ability in the other two: five-plus years across two vendors and five hospitals; direct agreement with hospital teams; practical medical-data extraction or integration delivery; and network fundamentals sufficient to read a hospital diagram.
