The engineer will define, prototype and implement dashboards, inventory and shipment forecasting tools, and DX solutions for marketing, customer success and inventory operations. The role also includes testing and implementing operational-efficiency prototypes using LLMs and RAG, including AI legal checks. Longer-term initiatives include real-time LTV and CPA visibility by channel and campaign, demand forecasting, inventory optimization and AI-supported customer-touchpoint design.
The engineer collaborates with brand, corporate-platform and external-channel teams. CARTA HOLDINGS’ CTO office and ICT teams provide technical advice and proof-of-concept development support.
