AI Organizational Transformation Consultant

This position is part of Algomatic’s Organizational Transformation Division, which handles the organization domain of its enterprise operating model. The consultant supports enterprise companies as they decide how to invest in AI and establish the structures needed to advance that investment. Work covers issue identification, stakeholder alignment, roadmap development, promotion-structure design, and support for execution in the field.

Responsibilities include building systems for AI talent development, defining organizational structures and roles, and designing communications. The consultant prepares proposals, defines project scope, drives projects, and supports use-case rollout, prompt and template development, operating design, and improvements to factors that hinder adoption. The role also organizes and aligns enterprise requirements involving security, permissions, audits, and contract operations.

The position works directly with executives and business owners. It addresses decision-making, behavior change, and collaboration rather than limiting the work to introducing an AI tool or solving one isolated issue. The consultant is expected to help redesign client personnel allocation and organizational structures on the assumption that AI is part of the operating environment, then support implementation through adoption. Future responsibility for managing a business area or organization is contemplated.
