Lead corporate operations as the CEO’s partner, overseeing planning, IT, quality and safety while building scalable processes, governance and talent systems for a growing global fusion-energy startup.
About this role
This role supports business development and project execution in the Plant Technology Division, which works toward the industrialization of fusion energy. The position provides practical support for projects involving government research institutions and private companies.
Responsibilities include assisting senior staff with customer sales activities, preparing proposals and quotations for individual equipment and products, and managing delivery after contracts are concluded. The role also supports project progress management to ensure reliable execution, applications for and operation of public programs, relationships with partner companies, and supply-chain management.

Experience preparing, reviewing, or negotiating contracts is required; experience serving as a liaison with a legal department is also acceptable. The candidate must be able to coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders, build agreement, prepare documents, and complete practical tasks independently.
Experience in energy, infrastructure, plant, or heavy electrical industries; B2B technical sales or business development involving engineering solutions or specialized equipment; project management covering schedules, costs, or risks; negotiations with government or public institutions; public-grant program administration; or related legal, intellectual-property, or finance knowledge is welcomed. English work experience at approximately intermediate or business level, including business email, chat, or meeting participation, is also welcomed.
