ExaWizards is hiring a BizDev and AI Consultant manager for its financial-sector business, its largest line, which aims to lead in AI services for financial institutions. The aim is both to raise productivity at financial institutions through AI and to create new services and businesses, drawing on assets built from more than 350 enterprise projects a year.
The person plans and proposes AI solutions to enterprise customers and, after an order, works with ExaWizards engineers, designers and the customer to create new services, bringing engineers in from the planning stage and carrying projects through development and growth. As a manager, the person is also committed to hitting budget and hiring targets and to the growth of team members.
Applicants need management experience combined with several of: corporate or business planning, DX or IT planning at a financial institution or its systems subsidiary; planning at a fintech company; consulting or PMO work for financial institutions; or solution sales to financial institutions. Resilience, curiosity and ownership are expected. Knowledge of AI and IT, system-development experience as PMO, PM or PL, and experience meeting budget targets are preferred.
