Business Operations / Internal Project Manager

This role supports the expansion of Recipe Challenge, a service in the purchasing domain that enables manufacturers and retailers to conduct direct marketing to users. The service uses users’ past purchase information, location data, and other first-party data to enable detailed targeting. The position is a BizOps role focused on building the operational mechanisms behind the service.

The main responsibility is to design and improve business processes and operations related to the direction and delivery of promotional campaigns won by the Sales team. The person will review the team’s overall processes, identify and organize structural issues, then design and drive a roadmap for improvement. The work requires coordination across Sales, the receipt-checking team, sales administration, product development, and the media team, with the aim of advancing operational reform across departments.

As a potential team leader, the role includes managing members’ tasks, developing team members, and improving operations. Initial onboarding work is intended to build understanding of the business domain and team. It includes learning existing processes such as campaign material submission, results simulation, and publication progress management. The role also includes managing assistant staff attendance and performance, as well as managing inquiries about client requests received through Sales.

The posting seeks someone who wants to handle a broad range of internal IT and AI projects across different areas, rather than someone whose expertise is limited to a specialized BizOps function.
