Business Open Position

CARTA HOLDINGS runs about twenty companies in digital marketing and internet services. This business open position is for people who are interested in the group but unsure which role fits; the assignment is decided through selection according to preference and aptitude. Recruiting companies include CARTA ZERO, DataCurrent, fluct, Telesy and Lighthouse Studio.

The sales track covers consulting sales for advertisers: proposing and building digital marketing strategy, planning media and solutions, managing projects and analysing delivery results to plan the next improvement, sometimes including TV commercials, elevator signage and taxi advertising, or measures that maximise a media owner's revenue. The operations track runs ads on the group's smartphone ad platform and on Google, Yahoo!, TikTok, SmartNews, LINE and others, covering targeting, appeal design, effect analysis and improvement proposals, for game, manga, e-commerce and overseas clients entering Japan.

Applicants need at least one year in the internet advertising industry, in digital marketing at an agency or business, or in advertising or consultative sales at a media company. Applicants are asked to state their career path and other applications.
