The client base also includes companies of different sizes, from large enterprises to startups. Example work includes combining purpose implementation with human-resources systems.
The role covers consulting from proposal design through execution support. It also includes creating new consulting menus and services by using insights from client work and monitoring new technology. Proposals may combine consulting, Speeda or NewsPicks products, and creative knowledge. The consultant may work with the product manager team to strengthen or create products based on client and field insights.
The position belongs to the HR&OrgDev Consulting Team. Its main activities are consulting delivery, consulting-menu development, and product development or enhancement. Applicants should have experience delivering at least one of the following: purpose or corporate-philosophy development support; talent-development support; organizational-development support; or delivery in another area such as new-business development or sales and marketing, together with a clear interest in organizational and talent development. Experience proposing solutions to enterprise clients is welcome. Experience studying broad design at an art university or design school is also welcome.
The work is mainly remote within Japan, with no restriction on domestic residence. The Marunouchi office may also be used, and the team holds occasional in-person gatherings. Client visits are increasing to build relationships, so applicants should be comfortable with visits. Standard working time is eight hours under a full-flextime system with no core hours. The annual salary range is JPY 5.7 million to JPY 8.8 million; the stated monthly salary range is JPY 480,000 to JPY 730,000, including deemed overtime of JPY 120,000 to JPY 190,000. Benefits include transportation reimbursement up to JPY 50,000 per month, a choice of company-provided PC, and a reduced-hours制度. Holidays include a two-day weekly schedule, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave of at least 10 days, condolence leave, and two seven-day long vacations per year.
