Support general corporate legal work at As Partners as its care and real estate businesses expand. Working alongside the legal manager, you will draft and review outsourcing and new-business contracts, prepare customer memoranda and answer legal questions from internal departments.
The remit includes establishing and revising internal rules, explaining changes through training, and considering measures covering privacy, insider trading, advertising, counterparty screening and business continuity. You will also administer trademark and patent applications. Depending on interests and aptitude, work may extend to shareholder and board meetings, share administration, whistleblowing, compensation claims and litigation. Legal research and AI review services are available, with external lawyers consulted as necessary.
At least two years of corporate legal experience, including contract review, is required.
