General affairs and human resources duties include recruitment activities, agent management, interview scheduling, offer procedures, onboarding and offboarding procedures, labor management, and social insurance procedures. The position also handles the maintenance and updating of internal regulations and work rules, office and supplies management, contract administration, planning and operation of training and talent-development programs, and operation of the health and safety committee.

Applicants must have at least three years of practical experience in business planning, budget management, or corporate management; at least three years of practical experience in finance or accounting; and at least three years of practical experience in human resources, labor, or general affairs. A combined total of three years across these areas is acceptable. Estimated annual compensation is JPY 5 million to JPY 9 million, with estimated monthly pay of JPY 416,000 to JPY 750,000. Compensation considers previous compensation, experience, and skills. A performance-linked bonus is provided, with bonuses and salary increases each scheduled once per year. As this is a management position, overtime pay is not provided.
