The expected annual salary is 6,000,000 to 8,000,000 JPY, with the final amount determined based on experience and previous compensation. Work uses a discretionary labor system with a deemed eight-hour workday; during probation, a flextime system applies. The general office hours are 9:30 to 18:30.
